Not sure about the other buildings but my building has been having an ongoing problem with mice and roaches for months now and they can't seem to get it resolved. They are ignoring our problem about certain things falling apart because they are outdated and no longer have parts for them but aren't willing to upgrade them. There's also times when you can expect to run into drug addicts in the laundry rooms because there are no locks for the external doors into the apartment buildings. Juanita who works in the office along with Lindsey and Diane are very helpful. The maintainence men Hutch Israel and Sam always follow up on the work orders. Hutch even gave us advice on how to lower our electric bill. My husband and I were Juanita's 1st tenants when she started a year ago.
